Funding for Novel Plant Management Programs

     The Minnesota Initiative Foundation will award $3.6 million through its Aquatic Invasive Species Prevention Program to innovative pilot projects aimed at preventing the spread or introduction of invasive species. Whether through education, outreach, inspection, decontamination, or enforcement, the initiative hopes to assess the long-term effectiveness of the projects. Inquiries will be selected in two rounds, ending early 2015, after which those selected will be asked to submit full proposals. For more details follow the link below.
